ive been using these bars since i began to lift about 3 months ago along with an eas shake after the workout.. They are the cheapest ive found with the best tasts, at only 16 grams of protein they arent the greatest but they do have OMEGA 3 and ive heard good things about that..all the rest feel like RUBBER or are too DRY.. anyone have any comments?

Ive had them before at a wal-mart, and from what they say they seem to be a good buy. I however wouldnt make them the only thing I eat with a meal. Also methinks the protein is soy isolate, I dont know anything about soy but I know isolate is much better than concentrate.

Nah usually I only eat them every once in a while as I have little money to spend on supplements so I try to get all my protein from real food sources (which my mom buys). Your should get most of your protein and calories from real sources anyway. They are real good though( the strawberry yogurt ones are gross)
