I've taken zma in the past with good results, and I was looking to take it again when i ran into the product zmass pm. It is supposed to be zma with another compound called 20-hydroxyecdysone. I did some research and it looks like it is some type of prohormone or steriod of some kind..? Just wondering if anyone knows exactly what this substance is, because I am trying to stay natural, don't want to mess with any kind of PH or anything, so what is it?

It's not a ph\ps. Just use straight ZMA it will save you $$$$$$$$$$
