Once being full of energy and wanting to exercise everday I have slipped on my routines and have gotten back to square one sadly. I thought this online journal might help. Tomarrow's a new day for me!

My Goals

1. Lose extra body fat
2. Gain Muscle
3. Get stronger & faster
4. Quit Smoking!!!

My first log will be entered after my routine tomarrow. By the way, this forum is great!

After being sick for a good amount of time I was out of commission and I'm still sick somewhat. But I managed to ride bike in some cold weather conditions in a good distance...maybe not the smartest thing but I feel good getting some exercise in. Since exercise is something I require to stay happy, that's just how I am.

Even after all of the weight lifting last summer I made no progress...after learning how futile my methods were after viewing how pros do it on this site. I currently work out at a more "secluded" gym you could say...not too many people are there and maybe the motivation I need is seeing other people striving to their own goals. Which is why I'll sign up to a more lively gym in the future and never give up on my goals.
