in my current days of unemployment (waiting for new job start date) i've had alot of free time to think of various things. this includes daydreamin of possible stacks for future use(any non meathead would think thats weird). ive decided to make a chart with options in a number of categories (listed below) so for a bit of fun id like to see what everyone else would include.(please leave out food, sleep etc yes i know they are 90% of it all, just want input on the supps)

1.Proteins
  • ON whey gold standard
  • muscle milk
  • Maximuscle promax extreme(alot of americans may not have heard of these, its the bigest UK supplement range)

2.Pre - workout
  • NO xplode/Nitrix
  • White Blood
  • Superpump
  • SAN v12

3.Creatine
  • Cellmass
  • Size on
  • Green bulge

4.Little Extras
  • Maximuscle HMB-1000
  • Extreme Glutamine
  • BCAA's

etc, you get the picture, i havent tried most the products above, theyre on my 'to do' list, with a few others. so what would other people include. look forward to peoples response

well first of all....it depends on your goals. so for this im going to just assume that you want to gain muscle without too much fat....that seems to be a pretty common goal id say.

Protein-
id suggest On whey gold...its what i take post workout/whenever you need more protein for the day's diet.
*if you're really trying to pack on the muscle get some muscle milk or other casein product to have before bed and even just in the morning. but beware the fat content in MM..

pre-workout/creatine-
id probably just go with the BSN mass stack (nitrix, no-x, cellmass). I take xyience and i've always wanted to try the bsn stack...i might do it next.

little extras-
definitely take a multi, maybe some omegas. Glutamine is great...i take extra glutamine in my protein shake post work. BCAAs are a solid choice too.


in summation:
On whey, BSN stack, multi/glutamine. This is a solid stack, and depending on how much you wanna spend, or how intense your program/goal is, you can add some of the others like BCAAs or Muscle Milk/casein.

i am currently on the bsn core stack - nitrix, cellmass, noxplode.  personally if u got the energy or drink caffeineted drinks, u dont need noxplode cuz its like pure energy. i dont drink energy drinks or cola so i took just a scoop pre workout(which is 6 in the morning). i swear by the nitrix, i love it, the pump(does not last alld ay like they say), cellmass made be constipated as a mother when i took it like they said which was 2 scoops a day, so now i only take 1(post-workout) and drink plenty of water and ive been fine and gone up in some weight and mass. hope this helps with any decision you make.

cheers for the reply man, yeh i forgot to say, the goal is adding some lean pounds while tryin to limit the fat. The bsn is good stuff, definitely worth a shot, let us know how you compare it to xyience when you try it.
Anyone else?
