i'd like you input on my new routine mon 2 fri flat bench 3x8 bb rows 3x8 oh press 3x8 bb curls 3x8 shrugs 3x8 an bag wokout for about 30-45 mins yes i no i need deads an squats in there i'll start doin them when i join a gym

working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

if you dont belong to a gym yet and dont have a squat rack currently i can see that, but if you have an olympic bar to bench with you can easily put it on the floor and do deads....or like rollingstone said, you just simply arent planning on doing either of them at all, which just doesnt make sense
Goals: -Find more time to get to the gym..

Mavric850 if you dont belong to a gym yet and dont have a squat rack currently i can see that, but if you have an olympic bar to bench with you can easily put it on the floor and do deads....or like rollingstone said, you just simply arent planning on doing either of them at all, which just doesnt make sense i have a cheap k mart bench set i'll be doing deads an sguats
