Hey, i really want to get my abs to show,whicn envolves doing cardio, so how can i do this without losing muscle?

 if u do wieghted crunches more into ur work outs and do the cardio while still doing ur regular xercises. It tends to shed the pounds and make ur abs more noticable. Thats what i have done and it is working very well.

if u mean muscle in general. then just keep working out with the cardio if u have to do a little more. Youll see that u wont lose ur muscle and youll prolly gain more weight cuz of the xtra muscle.

So how much cardio a week should i do if i want to get abs? and does everyone have abs? like if i do just cardio will abs start showing?  And how long does it normally take to get a 6 pack> like how long did it take you

O and also my dad and brother(and me) are naturally stocky like stocky as in naturally have some mass,like not muscular but like stocky, u prob no what i mean, not natural muscle but some natural beef, neway can i still beable to get a flat stomach and abs?

everyone has abes its just u have a layer of fat over ur abs. It took me bout 6 weeks for them to start showing and couple of months for them to be an 8pack and have deep cuts. if i was u i would do some running and a few more cardio work outs then just do some ab xercises i prefer.
-plain crunch
-weighted crunch
-reverse crunch
-double crunch
-bicycle crunch
-leg raises
-georgia techs
I do all those everyday except sunday. the reason abs r so hard for u to get them is cause alot of people dont eat right and dont get enuf cardio to shed the fat from infront of them. So my advice is eat healthy, do some cardio, and do those xercises. The best cardio i have found is swimming,jumprope,running,sprints, and if u realli want good cardio go hit a heavy bag for round 30 mins. And do all those xercises with ur regular xercises. And also u should rest on sunday i know everyone says u dont have to rest abs and i use to do that but i have found i get better results if i rest atleast one day allows the muscles to just relax and xpand.  UM well its hard to xplain but ill try my best,

lay down on the ground get somone to stand behind u with there feet at ur head next to ur ears and while ur on the ground face upwards so lay on back anyways grab there ankles and left ur legs up to them and tell them to throw ur feet down when ur feet r falling down stop ur legs bout an inch or 2 from the floor then reapeat the xercise as many times as u want, like when they stand behind u one foot on left side of head other foot on right side of head.

I know you'll hate me for saying this, but i dont really even work abs(once every week and not intensely, though theyre not brilliant), yet have them, its because i have like 2% bodyfat, i eat like a monster and just dont gain anything in fat, anyway like hulk said, everyone has abs they just have fat covering it, bring your bf5 down to 5-7% and it should show it
