as ive been cutting up i picked this stuff up not too long ago because I was gonna make my own ecy stack (ephedrine, caffeine, and yohimbe) but i never got around to buying the ephedrine and I started taking the yohimbe and caffeine before the gym. Now Ive never had a problem with motivation but lifting super heavy with reps in the 1-3 range is hard mentally and sometimes there are days in the squat rack where i feel like the iron just defeats me mentally. They say caffeine doesnt increase anaerobic capacity but I feel a brain boost that helps push me through the sets. But anyway about the yohimbe. I read alot that it can be dangerous and I realized after taking 18mg and drinking 5 cups of tea with it that it can make one feel really anxious and uncomfortable. Also one time i took waaay too much in this fat burner before i knew what yohimbe even was. I was shaking uncontrollably and freaking out. But it seems that if you just use a little bit that its too good. It bumps up your energy without being addictive, makes you feel alert and kind of on the edge but not really anxious and just puts you in a good state of mind. Apparently it blocks A2 fat receptors or something of the sort too. I havent looked too far into that. It kind of bothers me that people also use it to treat impotence. I feel like if I keep taking this and then stop it could have a negative effect in the bed? Is that something to worry about?; because from what Ive read it doesnt seem like it. Anyways for the time being, im in love with the stuff.

I wouldn't worry about it. Any evidence for treating impotency is anecdotal as of yet. I haven't seen any studies on it treating impotence. Like you said, just make sure you don't take too much as the boundary between effective and too much is very narrow.
