yikes what happened here? - Sunday, June 24, 2007 9:02 PM
Haven't posted here in quite a while but a lot sure has changed...

there wasn't a BIT of talk about ph's compared to what is goin on now with this board...

i kinda like the idea of keeping this board away from ph/ps/aas except for direct knowledge purposes.

most of you guys are way too young anyway...so why the need to go on the ph's all of a sudden?

i was wondering the same thing vaughn.  Before school ended, alot of the kids in my high school decided they anted to start lifting weights and getting in shape.  After about a month of seeing mediocre results, mostly because they rely too much on supplements and do not have their diets in check, almost all of them decide its time to start taking prohormones, without researching them at all.

Like i said in a previous Prohormones thread, they are looking for a shortcut to getting big because they are impatient and do not understand the hard work and dedication it takes to put on good mass and strength.

Their laziness is sad in some ways and the effects the hormones will have on their body and organs without the proper precautions will be even worse.

do my best...I'm on a few other forums a lot but I will do my best to try and stop here at least once every other day so I can help with any/all PH questions.

I might even make an informative PH post for everyone so we can finally start making headyway on this board.

You think there's any scenario where it would be safe to go without a serm and just otc pct? Like with something like havoc/epistane and pulse cyling. Because getting a hold of one seems like a very big hassle.

Also what's the best serm, in terms of safety and lack of sides?

Yes, sometimes it is possible to use PH's and not have a serm. I dont recommend it, but it is possible to do it safely.

However, I don't think its ok to go without a serm with strong compounds such as superdrol/phera/havoc.

Id go with Nolva or Torem...seem to be the best choice around at the moment.

What is the best otc pct in your opinion? I was going to pick up some epistane to use in a couple of months for my first cycle (just so no one can say I started too young or whatever). But you're saying it's a pretty powerful product?

How about something unmethylated like bold? Would that be good as a first cycle? What would the pct look like with that?

Lots of questions I know, but I want to have everything down to be on the safe side when I decide to go for it. Thanks man.
