hey all , i have procrastinated starting my routine since hte new year and im and finally starting , for the past two weeks ive done some mild cardio at the gym and starting monday ill be doing my full routine , as of today ive started my diet , i wanna put on 30 pounds of muscle. my stats are 5'11 140lbs
im cutting out all junk , no more fast foods , no more soda , no more junk man , gunna start some multi vitamins. if anyone has any other suggestions on suppliments??, im really gunna buckle down and im phyched. i was just wondering about suppliments

i wanna gain weight(muscle) and i know xyience is a well known brand , im just wondering if anyone here has taken it and what the results were , im also confused on what to take , the have protein , muscle gainer and weight gainer.... they also have creatine but my doctor recommends to not take it , so if anyone out there has tried any of these products i wouldnt mind some feed back Smile thanks alot guys

Generaly, xyience is regarded as a WAY overpriced brand that is not worth the money.

For whey protein, get some OptimumNutrition 100% Whey GoldStandard, it's the best. Since you are just starting out, I'd put off supplements until you got both your diet and training in check, since with both of those in check, you will be experiencing great gains, just eat alot. Then after some time, I'd recomend a creatine (doctors who say creatine is not healthy are full of BS)

I agree to an extent. Start taking the multivitamin now. Xyience is overpriced, though their expensive "Muscle Meal" smells just like Strawberry Nestle Quick.Smile
