should i take xtend on my days off from the gym?  if so, how much.  normally i take 2 scoops and sip it throught my work out.  as i work out, i add more water to it because i get thirsty so as the work out goes on, the amount of xtend im drinking goes down.  then when i get home i take one scoop.  hows that sound?  the bottle says for my weight i can take up to 8 scoops a day

I would take 4 scoops pre/during the workout, then another 2 scoops post workout.  A total of 6 scoops on workout days, and just 2-4 scoops on off days.

damn thats a lot.  alright, ill try taking more today since im getting ready to go to the gym in about an hour.  thanks for the help. 

on a side note. the watermellon is very strong and the taste gets gross after a while.....and some of it doesnt seem to want to mix in a cup.  only will mix in a sport bottle when i shake it a lot.  is the grape any  better?

Watermelon is GREAT compaired to grape. BCAA+G's flavoring is lemonade and a lot diffrent but quite tastey.
