http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=628809 there you go, its the x-factor thread str8 from a rep i just thought about it and if i use creatine while on x-factor, after 50 days i can probly gain about 25 lbs+ if x-factor and cissus work for me! i figure 15lbs from x-f + 10lbs from creatine + w/e cissus can do for me. im gonna have to get prostate checked first before i use x-f but if all gos well, ill hopefully weigh 175-180 by february cuz im still cutting to 150 now

I would go over any diet you do with your doctor.... if you are worried about health i would have PB and Enova as your main sources of fats. Still include omega-3's just not as high as normal. 20% would also be okay. Let me see if i can dig up my final x-factor diet.

ORIGINAL: Absolute0 25 lbs in 50 days doesn't sound a little ridiculous to you? no because the x-factor would be 15lbs and the creatine will give me 10lbs(including water weight).

10 from creatine... more like 2 for CEE and 5 for Mono, i think. 15 lbs for X-F, who says that? There's no guarantee, and many people said XF makes them lean around the midsection so the weight gain isn't going to be huge. But if you're dead set on 25 lbs in 50 days, good luck.

im being optimistic and assuming that it will work like ive read about it. and yes creatine mono adds 10lbs to me after a months use. not all of it is muscle gain because of the water weight, but at least half of it is. even if i only were to gain 10-15lbs but lost an inch off my waist, id be very very very pleased w/ the results

And this stuff is non hormonal? I didn't even know it was possible to make lean gains like that without a steroid or precursor. Damn why haven't I heard of this before... Is x-factor safe to take if you're 19? Or more importantly will it give you acne?

im only 17 and i feel safe enough to use it, so youd definitely be safe at 19 using it. itll make acne a lil bit worse from what i read, but how can you complain about that when you can gain 15lbs of muscle in less than 2 months?!?!?!?!?
