If you want to use xceed but make it more like No-Xplode use Basic Cuts along side of it as its more no-xplode esk.

On top of that, it is a very well reviewed supplement. If you can, I'd try both solo and evaluate for yourself if you're having that much trouble deciding.

I used no-xplode a few times good stuff. But off the subject of which is better, does xceed have caffine?

I was planning on taking both No-Xplode and Xceed pre-workout...is this a bad idea? If so...why?

If you take both preworkout you will have no way of knowing how well each supp. works seperately. Personally, I haven't tried exceed, but have heard good things about it. I have been taking N.O. Xplode for about 6 months (including off cycle periods) and its worked great. I never really felt that I needed anything else. Always gets me pumped for my workout and I don't get tired as fast. Doesn't have a lot of creatine in it, though. Would recommend taking a post workout supp also (I take 5g mono along with protein). The only advantage Xceed has is that it lists exactly what is in it. Also, it doesn't contain caffeine (could be disadvantage or advantage depending on preferance). Hope this helps.

ORIGINAL: onMYwayTOtheTOP I was planning on taking both No-Xplode and Xceed pre-workout...is this a bad idea? If so...why? Xceed is adequately dosed with both CEE and NO; whereas NO-Explode does not list the amounts of NO, but I know for a fact that it only has 1g of creatine per scoop. You'd pretty much just be wasting the NO-Explode if you stacked it with Xceed. Xceed gives you what you need; unless you are absolutely wanting caffeine in your supplement.

I had never looked at Xceed before, but had heard you guys talking about it. I'm pretty convinced.
