I really liked Xceed, never tried SuperPump250 Stack ideas: -creatine monohydrate (anything that has CreaPure) -whey protein (ON 100% Whey) -casein protein (ON Casein or BSN Syntha 6) -glutamine -diet

tried them both super pump was good, but it killed my stomach, plus the orange flavor sucked imo xceed is my favorite preworkout supp, the cherry flavor tastes like medicine, but im gettin the lemon which is supposedly better xceed is the best imo
current stack: Xceed CytoSport Whey Syntha 6 fish oil multi currently: Mario Williams workout

get the xceed man. a couple weeks ago i got some superpump 250... and ill be honest, i think it works pretty good. but, right when your workout is over youre running for the crapper. you could stack it with: ON 100% Whey protein BCAA's a recovery supplement or glutamine definately get a multi vitamin and if im not mistaken Xceed has creatine in it, so i wouldnt worry about getting creatine. but yea man, unless you dont care about having the trots... id stay away from superDump 250.
22 yrs - 5'10'' - 183 lbs Taking: ON 100% Whey Gold, SizeOn, AnimalPak, Coenzyme Q10 w/ Omega 3 Fish Oils, Flax seed oil, Green Tea Extract, TONS of Vitamin C

xceed it is then. i dont want to have the runs on my heavy squat day . are you sure i dont need a creatine supplement?? cuz wouldnt xceed be the same as NO-Xplode?? that had creatine in it also and you still needed to take the cellmass with it. the same question with nitric oxide. i know xceed has that, but would it be smart to take something like nitrix??

about the creatine, i dont know. maybe someone on here could help and say if an extra creatine supp is necessary. i know i plan on taking Xceed here in a month or so, and im not taking any other creatine. but someone else can probably help you more with that question. as far as the NO stuff... i really think xceed should be enough. but then again, its up to you man

as far as the creatine in the xceed... is that why they have you take it pre and post workout.. cuz there is enuff creatine in there so u dont have to buy a creatine supplement?? also, why would i need more BCAA's if the ON whey already has it in there? just curious

IMO Xceed is not very good. Doesn't get you amped before a workout, and the gains I've had are consistent with what I was getting without it. Plus you taste the stuff for hours after you take it.

I rather have the steady additional energy and feel great after my workout than to take 3scoops of NO-Xplode, be jacked for my workout and then be dead tired cause of energy burnout. The content of creatine in Xceed is, in my opinion not enough as a standalone creatine source.

This stack would work I have done the same one with the exception of using Noxplode instead of Xceed. Worked well though I'm unsure if everything is really needed unless you are seriously training hardcore.

At 220-225 lbs 1 serving preworkout was certainly sufficent for me. You do recognize Cellmass has the same amount ( 3 grams) it its product?

You do recognize Cellmass has the same amount ( 3 grams) it its product?Smile no i didn't... so i dont need a creatine supp now? i weigh around 240 and trying to get bigger..so should i take it half hour preworkout and immediate post like it says to get efficient amount of creatine?? Is one scoop preworkout enough? cuz im going to treat it like NO-Xplode and take 2 pre- and 1 post like the directions say
