my inital comment was for silence since he felt there was not alot of CEE in Xceed.  I was just illustrating that the amount is similar to other products in the catergory.

I want to clairfy something:  Though Xceed does share some of the same properties as an NO 2 product (increased pumps, greater work capacity in the gym) it is predominately considered a creatine product.No Limits is DS's NO product  Pre and post is ideal.  I use 1 serving preworkout with No Limits.   Than post workout I take a serving of Replenish which also has 1 gram of CEE.  That is the reason I don't use pre and post.  Good luck with the product if you decide to purchase it

i go with superpump250 all the way...thats just wat i liked better though. superpump does give you stomach problems though...if u can handle it its worth it.

The No Limits/Xceed pre will give you insane PUMPS!  That is for sure.  Post workout Xceed and Replenish will certainly give you excellent post workout recovery.  Plus the watermelon flavor of Replenish is just darn good.  Let me know your impressions of these products when you use them

so.. this is what im thinkin about for a stack:

Xceed
maybe NO limits
ON 100% Whey
flax seed oil
good multi(AST Multi Pro or Animal Pak)
Glutamine(not sure here if reg. glutamine or L-Glutamine...need advise)

Products I'm not sure about to incorporate in my stack, once again..need advise

BCAA
Casein protein (Muscle Milk or ON 100% Casein...need advise)

I am trying to lose wieght, So i have been taking EvoPro by Cytosport.  I love it..  Doesn't taste as good as Muscle milk, but cheaper (25 grams of protein with 30 servings ) and a lot less calories.  Same make up as Muscle Milk, but less calories..
 
As for the Flax Seed I use ON and I have been taking ISS Vitamin Pak..  works good a little cheaper than Animal Pak.  Glutamine I use ON's, but I am going to try ISS or Dymatize, both a little more reasonable.  Good Luck

so you are saying that it is a good idea to get a casein protein for night time use?? I know im for sure taking whey for immediate post workout, but wasnt sure about addition of casein. Also, whats with taking BCAA's...dont u get enough from both the proteins??

Casein would be a good idea at night.  I know some use cottage chese but I cant stand it.  Lately I have been mixing Sustain into a pudding and using it as kinda a treat........mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

ok. so i plan on taking either muscle milk, or evapro... any other good casein proteins that work well and are cheap?

also, someone PLEASE tell me what why people use seperate BCAA supps in their stacks when u get enuff of them from they whey and casein?

ok now im all confused... i just read about sustain, replenish, xceed, and NO Limits and want to stack all of them along with a multi, & flax seed oil. Do I need glutamine with this stack and is this stack worth the money?? Or should i stick with cheaper brand of proteins and such
