I used it for a cycle. I saw some strength gains but I feel I got better results from the Designer Supps NHA stack. Just realized you're 19, so I don't think the NHA is right for you either.
Biggest thing I noticed on X-factor was joint pain. Diet was really clean and I avoided the things they said to at the time of taking it.

is it safe for a 17 year old to use?  the only ingredient is arachadonic acid, so i dont think it messes w/ hormones.

completely non-hormonal.

this supplement is the dark age of AA now. Gaspari's AA supp Halodrol Liquigels blows it out of the water.

ive heard mixed reviews on this stuff.  some people report getting huge gains after a full cycle and some people said they didnt notice much of anything.

i'm debating whether to run x-factor with activate and xceed

or if i should run the halodrol liquigels

I thought they weren't hormonal enough for age to matter much as much?  I know that the guy doing the Halodrol liquigel log on bodybuilding.com is just 20

yes coulaid, technically he shouldnt. BUT...we all know the facts here. a guy who is 18-21 THINKS he is invinceable(myself included!) and can take whatever he wants. Id prefer to see a guy take some liquigels, get huge results, and then stay away from juice for a while longer, as opposed to taking x-factor, get decent results and have the thought of juice lingering in his head for even BETTER results.

how long did you take it for? the recommended 50 days? how was your diet? how long have you been working out? whats your training split etc...

even with no supps, you will see improvement. something is wrong with your training/diet

i did some research on AA today, and i discovered that it can spell trouble for the prostate and that AA promotes inflammation.  i have 2 bad knees from sports, so i dont need any inflammation

I’ve read nothing but good things about X-Factor (AA) but, it’s hard for me to understand how Arachidonic Acid which is one of the eight acids in the Omega 6 Family of EFA’s can be so anabolic and increase strength.

An X-Factor serving of one capsule is 250mg and to be taken 3-4 times per day or 750-1000mg per day. Am I missing something here or can 750-1000mg a day of a part of an Omega 6 acid oil be that anabolic and help to increase one’s strength?

Also, I understand it’s necessary to cycle X-Factor, correct?

PeaceSmile

normally i couldnt care less about small sides like that, but my grandfather has prostate probs, so i dont know if ill run into the same problems.

after thinking about it though, i figured theres probly something else im doing that could be worse, so what the hell, i think im gonna try some x-factor, this winter inbetween creatine cycles.

im willing to do w/e it takes to look good naked, lol

well thats a horse of a different color.

stop worrying so much man...BUT, be smart about it. go to the doc, and get your prostate checked. If it comes back looking good, then go for it, and follow up with a check up every 6 months.

dont put your life into the hands of suppliments...you have the power to put iffy things into your body and still be safe. use your head

im gonna get checked up for a few different things hopefully.  i wanna get my kidneys checked, my test and estrogen levels, and is there a way i can get my prostate checked w/o having a doc poke around my butt?  lol

and to jram, molecular nutrition suggests that you do a 50 day cycle(2 bottles) than you take a 50 day break before using x-factor again.

no true way to get it checked properly without a finger or two poking around, but as uncomfortable as it may be, we all have to go through it some time. just bite the bullet and youll be fine...besides, youre doing it for one damn good reason, to get huggggeee
