Good riddance is in Alaska I think. Or something like that. Jheft, twisted, smound.

no offense to twisted but i dont know if that would be good for him considering some of the debates he has started (mind you they are debates not arguments). Some might find what he says offense, but then again that can be said for any of us

For the record (if anyone cares), I'm sticking around until this issue is addressed, cause it seems OOB will be back soon.

SK3000, David, and Smound. That is all we need. No political threads or religious or masterbation threads. Bring it back, almost all of the regulars post in the OOB forum dozens of times a day. It is what most of us come here for. There is plenty of good information than bad that comes out of the OOB forum. Nuff said.

I would say Twisted, David and Smound Twisted- he is on here at night, he can look over stuff when there is not much activity. He comments on a lot of different sections and is on here consitantly. If he was a mod, I think he would tone down his strong debating habits. David- Helpful, informative, level headed and is on here a lot. He also posts a lot in many sections so he would be valuable around the whole forum. I have rarely seen him in big arguments. Smound- If he thought he would be on here enough, I would pick him. He seems to be focused on what needs to be done here to make the forum more fair.

ORIGINAL: getnswole to jeep: how do u like animal flex? I think that is it a good product. I dont take it every single day though. But I take it 3-4 times a week and think it has reduced the frequency of joint pain that I once had. They say it takes a few weeks to start working, and to take it everyday. I take it when I feel that I need it and it has always helped. Obviously if you don't have joint pain then it will do nothing at all for you (that you will notice yourself). Muscle soreness/pulls are completely different and this product was not designed to help with anything involving that. It is like 22$ for 44packs(days) so it is worth a shot, if you have serious and constant joint pain then you should see a specialist.

It is purely AA. It is also a great supp. I would get it everytime instead of any other BCAA but it is pretty expensive. If you are not already, I would take it before, during or immediately postWO. I think Before or during are best because then you have them ready to go in your system when your WO is over. I just got some Animal Omega, I am very curious to see if adding more EFA will help me in a noticable way. I get a good amount from diet, but not as many as I would like.

it states to take on an empty stomach right before a workout, and also right after, and then it says to wait 30 minutes after workout to drink up protein so it doesnt mess with the vitamins... and u suppose to have an empty stomach also, blah, blah. lol, it is expensive. i spent $38 on bb.com. i dont know how many packs, i think 22 or something.

Empty meaning like 30-45 min without anything else. Are you taking 2 packs per WO or 1? I would take 1 preWo and then have whey and carbs postWO.
