For baseball we do exercises like wrist curls with the bar behind where you hold the bar in your fingers and roll the bar into you palms useing your fingers then curl the bar up to your back. Then reverse wrist curls with the bar in front of you with a palm down grip were you curl your wrist up torward you chest. I added a picture if you don't understand.

The backs of your hands should be facing forward, the picture of hands is what is should look like from behind.

You can also buy a peice of equiptment called a wrist roller which is pretty much a wroom stuck with a rope attached to it. You can make one just get a broom stick handle cut it to whatever length you feel comfortable holding it at with your arms outstretched, mine is about a foot in a half long, leave some room for the rope to twine on and off it. drill a hole in the middle and get some decent thickness rope and string it through and tie a not in it at one end then burn the end so it doesn't fray. cut out a small peice of broom stick about 4 inches or so long and do the same with the other end of the rope. now you just put plates on at the small handle end and using your writst and arms out straight roll the string up using the handle. here is a picture of it and the other picture or reverse wrist curls.
I hope that this helps you.

Ok thanks for the suggestions. Do you know what that thing's called where you do crunches on your wrist. its like a trigger/gun thing for the whole hand and you have to squeeze it.
