I need to lose 5-10 pounds for wrestling. How can i lose weight but keep my strenght up? my body fat % is already pretty low so.

not eating can slow your metabolism, so when you eat after youve been starving yourself, it will stay on you longer.  It's your bodies way of adapting to a new situation of less food.

if you mean lose it before a match...try running with one of those sweat suits on..you can lose lots of water weight. also go to the bathroom right before you weigh...then after you weigh in..drink some gatorade to get the water you lost back so you can perform in your match.

losing weight doesent make u lose strength as long as it aint muscle u lose

Thats really the best way,  Throw some warm clothes on and hit the tread for losing fat a safer way.

whatever u do dont cut back on water or food i did to lose wieght for freestyle i need to lose like 10 i did but after my third match i colapysed i was out of it i won though and if ur body fat is low u cant without cutting back food and water sry
