ok, I box in the fall and use to run track ontill this year. I lift wieghts and run all the time. I'm in pritty good shape, but I no for a fact that if this is gonna be my first year wrestling that the practices are gonna be like getting hit by a trian. I'm gonna have to do alittle bit more than run to get ready for it, so if anyone knows of something that would get me into good "wrestling shape" would be a great help.

start running stairs for like 25 minutes at a time, do alot of bear crawls, start doing pushups/bodt wieght squats, also start working out in sweatshirts to get used to sweating weight out finally start carrying heavy ierd objects like sandbags heavy bagsetc. for like 100-500 uds at a time, you should be good
