We also have some brand new PH's in the works that should make a lot of people very happy...as well as a new product currently named "Product X" that will complete the Tri-Force stack and be the best NHA stack ever offered.




I did stop posting here as much when I got close to my show due to not having much time...shows get crazy! I won the Mr. CT NPC show I did, and I am currently getting ready for the 2009 NYC MET's and 2009 NJ Excalibur...both in April

i did that for 12 weeks straight...didn't cheat once :)


im on a very similar diet now, however I am incorporating pork, red meat, and even some sugar free jello here and there :)

I have a friend who swears up and down that his BF is between 3 and 3.5...I don't think he realizes that just isn't healthy lol. I'd give him 6%...

i was around 6-6.5% for my last show, however I am honestly planning on 3-4% and 17lbs heavier this time around.

LoL. I'm gonna have to agree with NBS on this one.

But it's definately nice to see some older*, more mature, experienced lifters joining up.
