ok, ive played sports all my life and throughout college, now i would like to drop some weight and lean out more, i have good definition in my abs and chest, arms are good size, but here is what im at, was surprise somewhat today:
5'9" 220, 12% BF, bench 225*23, squat 285*20, able run mile in 5min 20 sec, 5 mile 37min,
would like to drop down to weight range of 170-185, possibly 5-6% bf, now all help is appreciate, can someone give me ideas for work outs and diet, thanks

uhm. im not sure.... but i think 5-6% bodyfat is really unhealthy.... Just from what i know.. it might be different if it is on the body of a body builder..

yeah it does seem so, i was playing ball at 5%, i would just like to lose some weight and lean out more, im well fit and have good definition but just dont like being 220, would like to drop to 180 range or so
