hey, im 16 years old and i'm starting to workout and want to gain bulk and muscles. right now, like many other people, i want a six pack. ive been reading about how to get one and now know that the key to getting a six pack is loosing body fat and not endless sets of crunches. ive read to do cadio and aerobic exercises like running, swimming, stairs etc to lose body fat and eat healthy high protein low fat and low calorie foods in 5-6 "small" meals a day. OK. i weigh 142 pounds 5'10" and im afraid that these exercises and following these diets will cause me to lose to much weight and turn me into a skinny toothpick. the problem is i dont want to lose to much weight at all, 5 pounds at the most, mainly on my stomach so i can show those abs. but how do i do this?
modesty aside, i have a nice lean body, and a pretty hard stomach, and by the looks of it i shouldnt have to lose that much body fat to have a six pack. i wanna perform the right techiniques and right "diet" to get a six pack, but i dont wanna lose weight cuz i dont need to. can anyone help me out?

thnx in advance

You sound like me....though i have a 6 pack...almost, id want it more defined, and yeah at 5'10 and 142lbs you already are nearing toothpick levels, im the same, I dont know if theres any way to lose fat in designated areas, i think the best approach for you in my opinion is to work all muscle groups so you gain more muscularity body wise, increasing your weight (and losing bodyfat at the same time) and then with that lost bodyfat you can do crunches etc and gradually get that 6 pack showing and by the end of it gain weight with a really defined body so you dont have smooth flat body with rippling 6 pack coming out of it, and istead have muscle everywhere.

I like boobs. Not like big messy boobs that pour out the bra when they are unleashed. Not small boobs either. Not fake ones either. A full C cup.

There is only one way to lose fat from one area...liposuction.  If you really don't want to lose too much weight, just continue working your entrire body You will gradually lose weight and you will get more muscle to show for it.
