What kinduva workout do you do when using PH?

Do i do my normal only working a bodypart 1x a week or do I go nuts and do it 3x or something?

Usually i did 4 days workout, 1 day off, 4 days workout, 2 days off, 4 days workout on a 15 days M1T Cycle and add some set to every muscle group ....

On all my past experienses dont check the spelling on that its early here in MI I trained normal just went really heavy and did fewer reps (5-7) I packed on like 10 pounds a cycle but if you not going for bulk then do the regular stuff lighter weight (10-15) and get cut and show people whats up and then laugh when they tell you your on thouse one things what are they called again
