ORIGINAL: Guest Here' s the deal. I' ve been working out 5 days a week for 4 months now. Weekends off. (I work out at my employer' s gym - closed on weekends). This weekend I picked up a doorway chin bar as I' ve heard they are great for overall upperbody gain. Mainly I was wondering how I should work this in... Would it be alright to do chin bar excercises on the mornings of my upper body day? (the rest of the workout will come approximately 10 hours later)
