I have been working each muscle group once a week for over 2 months now. I recently purchased cellmass to go along with my no-xplode and ON protein, in order to help with recovery. But as i began to workout, i noticed that my muscles were still significantly sore from the last workout. To my best of knowledge this means that my muslces arent fully recovered. So i am going to switch back to once a week. Is once a week better for me anyways, and which one would build more muscularity and mass?
