well I'm starting to get my routine together but I got a few questions one what's better this day1. chest day2. arms day3. off, cardo abs day4. shoulders day5. legs back day's6/7 off, cardo abs or this day1. chest triceps day2. leg's/calves day3. off, cardo abs day4. back,biceps,forearms day5. off cardo abs day6. shoulders day7. off cardo right now I'm working on designing my work out.
