working out twice a day, recommend a routine for me

working out twice a day, recommend a routine for me - Monday, July 27, 2009 2:04 PM ( #1 )
 
i'm currently unemployed, so what better time to work out than now. i'm thinking about working out twice a day. i've read its better to do weights in the morning, then cardio in the evening? my goal is to put on weight (muscle, not fat lol) and gain strength aswell as just getting physically a bit fitter in the process. i have a weight bench, dumbells, barbells, pull up bar at home, so i want to be able to use what i've got.
 
can anyone recommend a routine for me? what to do on what day? what times etc?

You should work out, then do cardio directly after.

Oh yeah, good luck. It's very hard. Make sure if nothing else you do a lot of eating and sleeping.

aside from that though..

i think i should be doing muscle in the morning, then cardio in the evening, is this right? if so what muscles/excercises should i be doing each day?
