hi friends its been 2 months now m working on my abs and legs please critique :) this is before and after 2 months on abs

Lookin huge as always cody I'd say comin down another 2% and you'll have those abs lookin good. Legs look like they coming along nicely too. Arms...well, they're just ridiculous haha

Thank u virtuoso i just started doing crunches in first month i was doing 20 reps 3 sets now 2 sets of 50 reps planning to increase reps in coming september. I am deeply inspired by vegepp and rolling stone they are the true motivation and now i love doing squats. do you know any good exercise of obliques ? Are my arms really ridiculous :P .

Cody, I've seen your pics in the gallery but don't recall reading a post from you. I've only been here a couple months. Lookin' good, bro! Nice guns! Nice legs! Abs and legs pretty good. Hard to critique progress w/o before pics. For obliques, bicycle crunches ftw! Good workin' out! :)

Thank you Virtuoso and jmbs i want to try bicycle crunches :) thank you PumaKrieg and jkenosky88 but i am not happy with my bicep as there is no defination that i want may be i will get wen i will burn more fat :) (sorry for bad english)

Thats correct i always wanted big arms when ever i see some 1 in gym wid bigger arms thn me it makes me feel mine is not enough that motivates me :). (Sorry for bad english)
