i spend ALOT of money already on gym membership, mma, boxing, and ju jitsu so i really cant be dropping more then 25-30 bucks a week on supplements

goal - build lean mass. i want to be RIPPED, not just big

im not worried about whey protein becuase i get alot already

some products ive been looking at include vitackic vitamin (on supplments101.com thier 36 bucks)

sizeon by gasperailla
superpump 250
cell mass

i just got some body fortress creatine from walmart

keep in mind guys my goal is not just to be big. i want endurance as well and to keep my 8 pack :)

if i could take it all i would, BUT i cant. rite now i just want the best combintation. right now im leaning towards creatine, superpump250, and the multivaitmin but if theirs a combintion that will work better or maybe size on insted of superpump250 pleast lmk

100$ month just for supplements is alot to me lol. I would get no-xplod or superpump250 both are very good. Then if you dont already have on a blender and use some of the 100$ toward fruits and such to blend to make a drink everyday.

Listen to the diver.  He is wise.

FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD!

Dispense with the Vasodilators.  They're the most expensive thing on your supplement wish list, and the least necessary.  Believe me, I ran a whole 360-count bottle of BSN Nitrix back when I had paper-thin skin, and while it did give me ridiculous pumps, it was not worth the hype or the expense.  I consider vasodilators a luxury supplement when you have stupid low body fat and mad Benjamins.  And since I get the distinct impression you're going to buy them anyway, at least consider the following:

A standard protocol for AAKG includes taking 3 grams, three times a day, on an empty stomach.  If you are trying to put on any size at all, the words "Empty stomach" don't belong anywhere in your vocabulary.  Ever.  Let alone three times a day.

If you must join a gym, find one without tennis courts, aerobics classes, and on-staff massage therapists; you need a free-weight section, not a country club.

Exactly.  No offense, but you shouldn't be spending money on and putting stuff in your mouth that you're not familiar with.

Vaso - relating to blood vessels
Dilate - make or become wider, more open.

When your body breaks down Arginine Alpha Ketogluterate (AAKG), the bi-product is nitric oxide.  That's why every so-called "NO" supplement on the market contains some form of Arginine.  Nitric oxide relaxes the cardiac muscle that forms the walls of blood vessels, making it more elastic.  The end result is thicker, more pronounced vascularity when you get your pump on, because the blood vessels become dilated.

Like I said, unless you have a ridiculously low body fat level, you're not going to get the real joyride of taking a vasodilator like Nitrix or NO-Xplod, and even then, only after putting away a couple hundred dollars worth of the stuff.  The extreme pumps and immediacy everyone bellows about when it comes to NO-Xplod can be put down to the energy boosters they put in them.  Chug a double shot of espresso before your next workout, you'll get the same effect for $70 less.

If your goal is gaining anything avoid this section and post your questions under diet and exercise.

It's a shame there are more topics / posts under supplements than diet and exercise.

^^Agree^^

But, as this is a question specifically about supps, let me answer it this way:

Neither.

You're already getting a lot of protein (per your own admission), and hopefully a metric truckload of other whole, unprocessed foods and plenty of water.  That, a post-workout protein shake, creatine, and glutamine really ought to be enough.  That's how I did it.  That's how just about everyone reading this board has done it.

Go forth and GAIN!

They're great, tested for salmonella just chuck them in the protein shake can't taste them period. Worked out cheaper then buying whole eggs too.
