well im just an ordinary 16 year old male, found some old weights in the garage doing them every night for around 30 mins , i noticed an increse really fast doing my 5kg weights in each hand every day for 3 weeks. not sure if this is possible ? might of just been all in my head. i did all directions with the weighs like side ways , up ways for shoulders n reps etc. ive moved to heavier weights , 10kg, i can only do around 15 reps then my mucles feels really tight and bulk and i feel better about myself for some odd reason lol. is this going to do anything for me ? or should i just get my act toghether and embarrasment out the window to just join a GYM. ive thought about taking creatine the YORK make.

Well - Weight lifting every night is something you should stop doing. I'm assuming your a beginner, in that case 2 or 3 times per week is all you really need to be working out. Keep your routine based on compound exercises i.e. benches, rows, chins, deadlifts, squats, etc. Keep things basic, try for your first cycle or two working with form, doing really worry about how much weight your lifting, just keep practicing good form. You will need a diet as well. What are your goals?
