Will i still gain doing this? i normally work my biceps on monday, then i dont work my biceps for 2 days for resting, is that long enough rest?

nope.. you'll gain but it aint enough resting.. could lead to injury depends on how hard you wrok them out

I do this for bicep Barbell curls:5X12 bicep machine(dun no wut the things called): 10X12 Dumbell curls: 5:12 I dont know...i might be doing to many sets.

your biceps can take 20 sets? do not exceed an hour, and do it once a week.

I want to build mass though, so should i be doing what im doing now? will i still build mass doing this.

I want to get really muscular, so should i do like 4 reps with heavy weights, or can i still get muscular doing sets of 12 with lighter weights?(fairly heavy).

4 reps would be neuromuscular strength. you wont gain from 4 reps what your doing is fine for mass

And what is neuromuscular strength exactly? and i can still get muscular and also do cardio right? as long as i get enough cals still?

it means strength all out. you can do cardio while getting muscular. just be careful about how much cardio you do. if you do too much, you can even lose muscle.

How do u lose muscle from cardio lol? like the muscle u have u can loose? or u mean u wont build as much.

if you don't have enough fat to burn in your cardio training, you will burn muscle instead of fat... so you will loose muscle you already have
