Well, I didn't say you couldn't mess it up! As a father, yeah, you're right. But even if we're biased, we know that our kids our special. So sorry, you gotta live with it!

i'm 19 incline bench press 160lbs 100reps incline dumbells curl 100lbs 2 reps stiff leg deadlift 220lbs 100reps
