The first one is better. If you did the second one you would be overtraining the muscles. Tou should only train a muscle group once a week. For you legs day i would definetly recommend adding some work in there for the hamstrings(leg curls, straigt leg dead lifts). Then for your chest and tris day you aren't working the long head of your triceps. For that add skulll crushers. And for your back and bicep day I would recommend adding some hammercurls or something else that isolates the biceps a little more. Most importantly though, EAT BIG.

Definitely- Eat big, don't work the same muscles too much during the week- Stick with the first routine, but as Hearts said, add in the stiff leg deadlifts. They're much better than the leg curls anyway- You could even drop the leg extensions, and move your shoulder workout to leg day- Since trying to hit tri's, shoulders and chest in the same day might be a little too much to ask.
