Body Fortress is good the Six Star gives me the runs though. I am lactose intollerant but the Body Fortress Whey protein doesnt harm me at all. Also Six star has the same amount of protein per scoop but it has added sugars and other stuff.

I'd say go with Body Fortress I like the Vanilla flavor.

If you have a Costco near you, I get EAS Premium Protein powder 6 lb (78 servings) for $30 I think.  Says it's suitable for people who are lactose intollerent.

I use 6 raw egg whites half cup of skim milk sometimes some sort if yogurt and glutamin and mix it with some fruit.   Tastes better to me then protein powders.
