which bench should I get? - Thursday, July 26, 2007 8:14 AM ( #1 )
I'm on a tight bugdet and need to buy new heavier weights as well as I'm going to have to start buying weight gainer. Just want some advice whether it's worth buy the more expensive one.

This is the cheapest one £50 ($102.41)

if i were to chose between the 3 i would say # 2 because it was a wider rest place for the bar, mine is very narrow and i find that to be a problem. you might too,
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

lol Adam they are from argos. And mr.209 both 2 and 3 are similar except 3 has a lat curl, is it worth paying the extra money for the lat curl?

There`s gotta be more choices than that. I don`t like none of them. I like wide olympic style bench. My first bench was like the first one pictured and it sucked ass working out.

I bought the 3rd bench have it assembled now just going to move it to one of my mum's garages. It seems quite wide and is easy to use. I didnt have much choice in it because I couldn't spend much money but the one I bought has all the attachments and is quite strong, still have to buy heavier iron weights which will cost a lot and eventually weight gainer.
