Okay, before I start buying whey online, I always thought whey is super expensive.
I live in Singapore by the way, and my ON whey 100% 5 lb tube costs me S$80.90 with 74 servings.
Therefore the price per serving is around S$1.09.
A 250ml soya bean milk (reduced sugar, 20g of soy protein) costs me $1.10.
But come on, you can't compare soy protein with one of the purest whey protein in the market.
S$1.09 = 24g protein + 5 grams BCAA + 4 grams glutamine (ON's nutrition facts).
Do you guys realize all this? I am so putting this meal into my daily diet for snack!! (along with some oatmeal or wheat bread)....
