this stuff is disgusting to drink, ive tried it with milk, and water, and both have made me reach (although i forced it down with a bannana) - are there any secrets to getting this sh*t down your throat? - and getting rid of the aftertaste? - i dont want to live on onion rings for the rest of my life, lol.

first off what kind of whey protein do you have? There are some brands that taste better than others so you might want to read around and look. The first 10 glasses of any protein is bad for me but after 10 i get used to it. I used to have to force down my chocolate GNC 100% whey, but now it tasted pretty good. Same goes for protein bars too. Some you find taste great the first time though. I eat powerbar protein plus peanutbutter chocolate and it tastes really good. There isn't really a trick, you just gotta give it time and you will get used to it. The only thing that might help is if you chug it because you don't taste it as much. As for aftertaste eat a peice of bread seemed to work pretty well for me.

I have body fortress why protein and love the stuff

tastes like a normal strawberry milkshake

Id drink it all the time if it wasnt for the fact if i overdose itl do something bad LOL

As GTDude said its probably the brand.

Im not sure if it effects the effectiveness of the protein etc, but adding sugar may help?

Whey isn't that bad. Try another brand and flavor. You have to mix it thourougly and drink it right away. It can still get chunky. Use milk, not water. A blender would be the best idea, but it can be a pain to use one on every shake. Whey isn't that bad, I actually like it. I can't remember the name on the brand I use now, but the vanilla ice cream flavor from GNC is very comparable.
