MONDAY - CHEST- * Incline bench with DBS 3 sets 6-8 reps (with 70lbs db's if spotted now using 55's cuz im only getting like 3-5 reps now with the 70s and never have a spotter plus depressed that i seem to be getting weaker ,spotter says he takes alotta weight after that 4-5 reps when using the 70's and my goal is mass gain so i know need more reps but i want strength too!) *flat with BB - 3 sets 6-8 reps with a spot at 135lbs * flat cable flies 3 sets of 10 TRICEPS *behind the head dumbbell extension 3sets10reps - was using 80lbs db , now 70lbs DB CUZ I HAVE NO SPOTTER AND SEEM TO BE GETTING ABIT WEAKER * dips machine with 140lbs worth of plates on it , 3sets /10reps * flat skull crushers , 10 lbs plate on each side , 3/10 TUESDAY - abs , all over the place , just whatever is free , no set routine PRETTY much slack off although i want abs bad i can never work em right WEDNESDAY- back- palms facing me lat pull down , then seated rows then wide grip lat pull down , all 3/10 BICEPS' - ez bar with 15 lbs on each side , wide grip 10 reps supsersetted with hammer twist curls 15lbs dbs . 3 sets or ten reps for each then seated incline curls ,rest pause three sets , then 3 sets of 21's with a bb THURSDAY - legs - 3 sets 10 reps. of v-squat machine 2 -3 45lbs plates on each side depeneding on how i feel , and calf raise machine 3/10 FRIDAY-shoulders- seated military db press. 55lbs , can get to 7 reps unspotted on the first set then like 4-5 then next two. bent over laterals behind the head bb press front raises with bb sat/sun off DIET - CRAP! , I HAVE 1-2 PROTEIN GAINER SHAKES A DAY , TOGETHER THEY ARE 232 GRAMS OF CARBS , 85 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AND 1500 CALORIES. IVE BEEN TAKING CREATINE MONO FOR 2 WEEKS , 1 TEASPOON A DAY IN MY SHAKE AFTER THE WORKOUT , FEEL NO DIFFERENT , INFACT WEAKER BUT MAY BE FROM SOMETHING ELSE. I DO USUALLY HAVE A DECENT HEALTHY LUNCH , LIKE SOUP AND A SANWHICH . BUT DRINK ALOT OF POWERADE , ICE TEA , POP ECT. WHICH IS BAD , AND GO OUT TO EAT ALOT WHICH RESULTS IN BURGERS BUT DO HIT UP QUIZNOS AND GET A CHICKEN SUB ON WHOLE WHEAT .... ONLY THING BAD ABOUT IT IS THE BACON , WELL NOT BAD BUT UNHEALTHY.I WANNA EAT HEALTHY ITS A HARD DISCIPLINE IN MY FAMILY ........ IVE BEEN DOING THIS SINCE APRIL 2007 , AND IM HAPPY IVE GAINED WEIGHT BUT WAY TOO MUCH FAT , BUT IM NOT A FAT GUY DONT GET ME WRONG I JUST LOOK BULKY NOT FAT. BUT IM PISSED OFF , IM NOT STRONG ENUF.. MY GOALS ARE TO BENCH 225LBS BB AND SHOULDER PRESS 75LBS DBS , UN SPOTTED FOR LIKE 5 REPS EACH I WOULD BE HAPPY , BUT I WANNA LOOK GOOD , SO I HAVENT STARTED CUTTING YET CUZ I WANNA BE A CUT 190LBS , I WANT TO RUN TO GET CARDIO BUT DONT WANNA LOSE ANY MUSCLE IVE GAINED... IM SO LOST NOW , TRAINERS ARE TOO PRICEY AT THE MOMENT FOR ME. IM OPEN MINDED TO ROUTINES! MY CHEST ROUTINE I LIKE , I HAVE ANEW ONE IN MIND I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING THIS ONE A MONTH AND WANNA WAIT ANOTHER BEFORE I SWITCH , SAME WITH MY SHOULDER ROUTINE. BI ROUTINE IVE BEEN DOING FOR 2 WEEKS , AND NEVER FELT A BURN LIKE IT SO IM HAPPY WITH IT FOR THE MOMENT , COULD USE ADVICE ON ALL THE REST..... IF I DID CHANGE MY DIET , WHAT KINDA RESULTS WOULD I SEE AND IN HOW LONG APPROX? HAHAHA I KNOW KINDA OUT THERE BUT I MEAN IF I CHANGE IS TO NOTHING BUT HEALTHY FOODS BUT ATE BIG WOULD I STILL GAIN MASS AND LOWER THE FAT%AT THE SAME TIME???? SHOULDERS ARE SO WEAK SO , SORRY TO RAMBLE GUYS IF U SEE FLAWS OR HAVE ADVICE IM ALL EARS , THANKS!
