You never want to do cardio right before your workout... And I disagree with your argument. Diet should be #1 if your goal is fat loss, cardio can factor in and help ...but I would never stress it as important as your #1 concern. ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 if you're trying to lose weight, cardio should be #1 on the agenda at all times. sure, you can lift and workout before you do cardio, but if you're trying to lose weight, cardio should be first on your list

lol just for the sake of this hilarious argument. any body going to tell me what to do? im thinking cardio before lifting? in the morning, with a protein bar before it. i can only go once a day, i think cardio is very important. so if you carry on arguing this is what im going to do: wake up protein bar + multi vits lift cardio - 30mins p shake + banana and live the rest of my life aha any body going to stop me?
