You're going to get contrasting information re: this question. There have been numerous threads in the past re: this issue. Do you know how to use "search" function? Some say to take creatine immediately after your workout and then protein 20 minutes later. Some say the 20 minutes doesn't matter. There are post workout products (I think) that contain both. I think nobody really knows for sure. IMO, I don't think it makes much difference one way or the other.
