Whats your stack or supplements you take and how does each one work for ya?

All work great. Xtend is a very good product, if your looking for BCAA check it out.

I agree xtend is a good product.  When I run out of my current BCAA's I might switch to that, but does it only come in the little tub?  Anyway, heres my stack (I'm currently bulking):

ON Whey Protein
ON BCAAs
XC-4 Creatine
Universal Animal M Stack
Glutamine Powder
Fish Oil
Flax Oil

As for critiquing my stack, ON is some good whey and there BCAA's are good, but I will switch to Xtend soon because I have to take a lot of the pills to get a decent amount of BCAAs.  The XC4 creatine really isn't better than any other creatine and I wouldnt even be using it if I didn't get it from someone for free, so next time I will just go back to something like Higher Powers Micronized Creatine.  The Animal M Stack is ok, but I'm probably going to switch back to the good old Olympian Labs AAKG mixed with my creatine and some caffeine for pre workout supplementation.  Glutamine powder is just essential in my opinion, and fish oil and flax are great too.

They have a 90 serving one as well but I dont know if they just send you three small tubs or what.

No, some came with the gray coating, others I got from a different place at a later time and have a black coating. The bar itself is chrome.

Cellucor M5(kre-alkalyn)
Muscletech Nitrotech whey protein
Muscle milk protein
1000 mg vit. C
1000 mg Fish oil
Walmart multi-vitamin

Things are working nicely for me so far.  The cellucor products are worth every penny spent.

if thats a legit, full-on ph, you should have a SERM in your stack

ok.. i guess I'm stupid then, but what's a SERM?
I'm going to take a guess and say that is has something to do with "estrogen reduction".  i'm probably way off.  enlighten me please.  thanks

yeah it stands for "selective estrogen receptor modulator" its supposed to reduce the estrogen conversion after the PH cycle is done....but i searched Cellucor p6 and it seems that you dont need one then, so forget i said anything!Smile how is it by the way?

it's pretty amazing stuff.  the p6 gives me GREAT focus, and the m5 just gives me tons more energy.  and for some reason i feel a nice pump during my workout that I don't normally feel unless I'm taking NO-explode, or nano vapor.  usually I would be tired at the end of an hour of lifting, but after 2 weeks on the cellucor my biceps have grown almost 0.5 inches and I just want to keep lifting no matter what.

it does make my libido go crazy though...
and i seem to be more agressive/blunt haha.  i have found myself driving much faster than usual and the only music i want to listen to anymore is HARDCORE metal.. even if it's 6 in the morning.

good stuff so far.  it is kinda expensive though.

I dunno how similar the pro-hormone you are taking is to Methyl 1-D, but I came up on a bottle of that for free 99 the other day and its some crazy stuff.  I was having all the same side effects you are talking about: needing to listen to hardcore death metal, driving with a rage of speed and fury, and feeling like I need to beat someones ass every now and then.  I feel a lot more in the zone when I go to the gym and I feel a lot stronger.  But for sure after a pro-hormone cycle you need a good PCT.

Vehemence...you realize Methyl 1-D is not a PH. Its a DHEA with an ester something attached, i dont know what that means but i DO know that its not a pro-hormone. its not even methylated so i dont know why they put Methyl in front of it. its a  scam to make the product to seem hardcore, in reality it aint!

but.. wouldn't your body go back to normal on it's own.  the stuff ain't permanent.  i was reading that guys on anabolic hormones actually cycle on pro-hormones afterward to get back to normal. but how is this necessary in my case?
