as far as reducing belly fat goes, all the crunches in the world will not produce a six pack if you dont have your diet and cardio in line to burn the fat that may be covering your pre-existing six pack...as far as biceps go, the most ive gotten out of mine was 16.5 after a workout, usually 16 cold...

They will get bigger if you stick with it and workout right. A huge part of this is alsogetting your diet straight ts grow them. Don forget to work your triceps as they can be huge if worked, which will make your arms bigger..

Sorry if i am beeing a little off topic but i bought those diet pills the other day. something called stackers 2.is it worth it or just a waste of my time.they must work because they were expensive $31 bucks at my local pharmacist
i figured i would try one bottle with aid of a
good cardio workout.stackers 2 is a herbal dietary
supplement.

I don't know how well they work for dieting as I have been loseing weight through a slight defecite in calories, but I do take stacker 2's for a pre workout stimulant, with NOS and some creatine mono, basically the same thing as no explode but cheaper in the end, and no CEE.

They are mainly caffine, but with that said I have noticed they are they are not as potent as some of the diet pills out there, and I don't get jittery, like I said though I am taking them strickly for pre workout energy...

Before you look at diet supps, make sure you have a rock solid foundation on your eating habbits, sure you may lose some fat on em, but that fat is a result of a less than perfect diet, and if the cause which is the diet is not fixed, the fat will come back.

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

hey veggeep, ive been wondering...are you a vegetarian because of ideals(love animals too much) or because of some of the health benefits of not eating all the growth hormone and steroids they inject our meat with today?
