22 yrs old, hardgainer, 5'8 130lbs. been lifting religously for 8 weeks now. Taking NOxplode before and muscle juice protien for 2 weeks now. Liking both alot. Gained around 5 lbs in 8 weeks. improved strength a good bit up to 165 max bench and 200 lb squats (implementing the super squat 1 set of 20 w/ heavy weight going up 5 lbs each week). Any advice you can give me ill be happy to take!
