I just gave it a go, did do a workout on biceps yest, im 5ft8 ten stone, slim build. I found it quite hard to do 3 sets of 8 on 25kg, is this really crap??? what shall i do.   On biceps i can lift like 35kg 3 sets quite easy, how often should i be trianing on biceps?  please help

A good weight to lift for shoulders is one that you find challenging while maintaining perfect form.

Just because i can military press 135 lbs, doesn't mean you should.  Nor am i saying that is a lot of weight, because its not.  I can only perform lateral raises at 25 lbs.

You should strive for perfect form first, and then add weight slowly.

ok well take maybe a week to experiment and see how much weight to use [use spotter] , then get a routine going that u like and sows good results also results should show fast at beginning, and also i think you will need more weights i personally have a 300 pound weight set though some have more but i bet you can already squat all of your weights but it should be good to start with.
