whats the bench press record up to now? - Wednesday, April 12, 2006 6:58 PM ( #1 )

hey i havent seen any new news on medelson or gene. i know mendelson has 1008 and gene went for 1031 and like broke something. does anyone know a site that keeps it updated.

age- 16
height- 6'0
weight-220
bench-260
deadlift-315x7
%bf- bulking so prolly alot
arms- 17
chest- 48 inches
shoulders- 53 inches
neck- 16.5

I think that 1008 by Mendy is good though. Gene Rychlak got hurt benching? What happened.

well i saw this video online of gene goin for 1031 or somethin like that. and he came down and the bar just like touched his chest and he had some rib problem. i guess the bar touched pretty hard. im not totally sure about all this. so if someone knows the whole story for sure then they should post it.

Ryan Kennelly used to be up there and I read his benching booklet but I'm not sure what has happened w/ him since.

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"

So he's benching 3.33 times his body weight. How impressive would this look if a 150 lbs came out and benched 500!
