I have also done that weight while having a  body weight of 141.

My chiropractor told me not to lift heavy weights like that anymore, for any exercise, so i am lifting to build muscle mass now, not power.

hey theinsane1

6' and 163 lbs is still skinny, seeing as i have 2.18 lbs per inch of height, compared to your 2.26 per inch of height. Not much of a difference.

i agree, have you seen pics of him? how d oyou know hes skinny?  it also looks like theinsane1 is stronger than you bench270.  And a deadlift on a kid who is 163 is pretty impressive, i like his stats for his weight, let alone for anyweight.

yeah,
I was gona say for his size hes pretty strong, and for any 16 year old 6'0 163 isn't skinny.
Im almost exactly that size and have a BIG chest, overall pretty large upper body. My legs are skinny though.
I dont think im skinny at 6'0 165ish.
Other than looks, i dont see a reason to train to hard lower body. Im 6'0, Im about 2 months a way to a 40 inch vert. And I can run a 40 yard dash in 4.6 sec( thats not too good but Im focusing on basketball which is pretty good.)

oh btw, my bro plays football for Ohio University.

you mentioned he looks to be stronger, well as a person who has been around for a bit on this site, there is alot of hot air that comes in for a few weeks then leaves when there ego gets deflated by people who unearth there lies.

I know a kid around the corner from me, that is 16 years old, he is 6' and is like 180 lbs, so this guy i would say is skinny. The kid just started to work out in the last like 8 months aswell.

dude your 22, hes 16, and hes stronger than you.  Hes just taller, if he was 5'9 hed be bigger looking than you.  And if you were 6' youd be looking even more skinner than he is now.

PS- Youve been on this site for 7 months, i dont qualify that as a long time.  There have been many come and go guys, but its people like you who make them feel unwelcomed and leave.

sure big mike!!!  did u not read my post? I don't care if he is stronger than me, and secondly, i just told you that he may be full of it, but i did it in a polite manner. 16 year olds have a knack for exagerating.

Get my drift?

Hey big mike.  if he was my height, and his so called build, he would weigh in at 4 lbs more than me, so your saying that you could notice 4 lbs on a guy, if he and i were standing beside one another? I think not!!

I just did read your post, thats why i replied.  He may be full of it? your assuming that he is.  I sort of agree wit hthe 16 year old comment, but to tell you the truth i think all teenagers exagerate not just 16 year old.  Im 17, you do think im exagerating on my stats cause of my age?
