what's better for quality, price, and bang for the buck? - Thursday, September 17, 2009 6:09 AM ( #1 )
I'm looking at NO Explode, which i've been using for a while and interested in trying something new, and Nano Vapor. Nano Vapor is $10 more and only has 4 more servings than NO Explode. Judging by price, I'd go with NO Explode, but is Nano Vapor really good? Is it worth trying out over NO Explode?

Forget them both.  They are both way overpriced.

Go with Jack3d.  I have seen it as low as $25 for 45 servings.

BUT.  If I had to choose between NaNOVapor or NO-X.  I would go with NO-Xplode.

neither both over priced and over rated in my opinion, and the actual effects are little or nothing, save your money buy some food and train hard.

Yeah just go with whatever you can get cheapest - Jack3d I've never tried but NoX products just get you wired up for the gym you won't see any strength gains from using them. Maybe you want to drink coffee instead!

i never really understood why people take pre workout drinks like no-xplode. they are super expensive, deliver little results, and are filled with tons of nasty fillers and sugars.

if u are feeling like u need a quick boost of energy for the gym pop 300 mg of caffeine and i guarantee u will be ready to go. plus caffeine pills are dirt cheap, just sayin

I've slowly but surely let stuff drop off my supp stack.  Maybe someday I'll just eat real food and GNC will go bankrupt or get bailed out!  ;)

Have you ever considered just buying some Arganine?

although I've never really cared for NO type products... isn't the primary reason for taking them the Pump?  I haven't bothered to do a search but I'm fairly confidend that the primary ingredient responsible for this is Arginine... Arginine is responsible for relaxing the the artey(s) and allowing more bloood to flow freely throught the system to the muscles.. thus allowing better nutrient obsorbtion..

IMO if the primary reason you and anyone else is taking it is for the energy, then you would be far better off taking the advice of Daniel and MVP... however if you're taking for the pump... valcular health.. then L-Arginine.. is the way to go...

Thats not true for all supps. Take jack3d for instance, the ingredients "proprietary blend" is all it has in it, other then the lemon flavoring.

Right on the money.  It is probably the cleanest NO product on the market right now.  I hate the taste, tastes like a$$.  But I don't drink it for the taste...

Everyone loved Jack3d , haven't heard a bad thing about it -

You're also correct about the caffeine pills - the caffeine, arginine and creatine are the main ingredients that give you the energy rush and endurance.

I have personally had the best workouts by drinking black coffee or taking 300+mg caffeine a half hr before, then I sip on Dymatize Flud (Waxy Maize) during the workout.... Very simple and cheap.

I think pre workout supplements are a waste of time, and the proprietary blend allows companies to put in small doses of each of the ingredients and not even have to bother to tell you how much of each is actually in it.  If you have ever seen the documentary "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" you would know of one example he tries to make his own supplement, spends a total of about 2 dollars a bottle for something he can sell for $60, by barely putting anything worthwhile in it.  I have tried preworkout energizers, and experienced some help but taken it other times and felt like I was sick as can be and worse off, I make great progress without it and honestly most others probably can too.

I'm EXTREMELY against NO products and the scams that come with them. From my understanding there have been studies proving they actually have a negative impact on results if taken preworkout. I believe our own Danmirage or someone like that posted it. If you have money to spend go buy some BCAAs.

Wouldnt make more sense to take arginine post workout then?  to allow the flow of nutrients to the muscles seems more practicle post workout to me.

in my experience Ive taken NOXplode  and i just started taking Jack3d   The difference ive seen is that NOX gave me better pumps and i put up alot of weight but it ****ed up my sleep alot.. and if i didnt get to the gym 30 mins after taking it then i went straight to the bathroom... Jack3d so far gives me a huge stack of energy.. i can be at the gym for hours  with no crash i just want to keep doing more and more things its deffinitly a tunnel vision.. and its alt cheaper bt GNC is the only place that carrys it in my area.. Everyone else is sold out all of the time so its like 34.99 compared to NOX which is 52.99 at GNC   so Id say go with Jack3d especialy if ur doing cardio it will literally give you sooo much energy its awesome no complaints and also im sleeping better now and im not in the bathroom all morning either.. Deff go with Jack3d. Also I heard You could fail a drug test being on it?
