... you took one brand of creatine on one day, and the next day you took a different brand? Would that have negative effects or what?

I have a bottle of SAN V12, and a bottle of Prolab Creatine Mono...

Nah.. the V12 just has some stuff in it to help make it MORE effective but really, if you take your regular creatine and mix it with a good dextrose solution.. differences would be so minimal.
