What do you wear when you train?
As shirt, pants, underwear, etc....

Good x-trainer Shoes.
Cotton Socks
Wicking technology, like under armor, over briefs.
Loose fitting shorts or sweat bottoms depending on th temps
Tight t-shirt or under armor
Loose Hoodie or sweatshirt

Sometimes gloves...I have serious callouses
Sometimes a lifting belt
Sometimes knee wraps
Sometimes a wrist wrap
Sometimes straps

Keep your attitude to yourself and get to work.

Tennis shoes (I don't know, I like them, is so easy to stick to the floor on those).
Those short cotton socks (but I have go to the gym with socks of different colors, btw)
Shorts, soccer shorts
Cotton shirt

Not very use to gloves... I have serious callouses too but I don't mind a lot. All the security or aid stuff, used when needed.

I don't put much attention on my clothes... I just try to be comfortable, but most people at my gym are very into their aspect... but not that much into the weights.

it really doesnt matter what you wear as long as you train as hard as you can. if you can train hard and look good at the same time then even better.

i go to the y so there are girls there. so i try to look as good as i can. as long as it doesnt interfear with working out then its ok.

i usally wear a shirt that is kinda dark so you cant see sweat that much (im there for like four hours i sweat alot)
But it really doesnt matter.

i always wear shorts. i wear an old par of AE shorts that are geting to big. they still look good and i dont care if they get dirty.

i wear some tennis shoes.

but as long as it gets the job done then wear what ever.

3/4 length shorts + sleeveless tight top so abs show through. (girls just cant take their eyes off chest and arms with them)

mind you, some of the rugby lads with huge quads wear tight shorts which gets alot of attention.

Cruddy t-shirt and these really cool shorts from international male that are sooo comfortable, socks, shoes, and of course, underwear.

The secret to looking good, of course, is accessorizing . . . so I have my little iPod shuffle on, tooSmile
