When using these supplements what kind of schedule do you all reccomend? In terms of Mon/Wed/Fri? How much cardio? Being 5' 11' ' , 170lbs I want to gain about 10 pounds eventually. Can I get some advice on this? Thanks all Chris

Taking those kind of supplements should increase your recovery time. So I' m thinking like a 3 day/1 day split.. 3 days on.. 1 day off.. or better yet.. a 4 day.. 2 day off. More then just the standard 3 day thing. Cardio? Here' s the lowdown. Cardio is good for overall health. Works the heart. But consider this.. too much, and you' ll eat away at your gains. You are looking to gain weight? So bulk. EAT. Check out that bulking plan in the Nutrition forum. Cardio should be kept to a minimum if at all. I' m taking 2x a week, 30 mins max. Just for health reasons if you must. However, there are plenty of people on a bulk that just don' t do cardio period. No need. But again, that might not be the healthiest thing. You have to prioritize your goals. So in essence, your recovery time is going to be much less, so workout more often. And eat, get your protein and WATER. At the very min a gallon a day. Usually taking those pro-hormones, I' ve seen where you should add an extra liter to whatever you' re current consuming. The results of 1-AD and 4-AD vary. But 8lbs of lean body mass without water gain is not uncommon. In fact, I would bet that if you just got your eating in line (if it' s not already) you could gain 10lbs easy. Hope this answers your question. If not, post again.

Good response. Increase volume, increase frequency, and increase food.

That answeres my questions thanks! One last thing, I am healthy, I do not need the cardio but I like to run and stay in shape. Maybe a good idea would be to just stop running for a month or so while i cycle these supplements? Also...I am not going to lose my abs if I gain 8lbs right? I mean as long as I continue to work them, and keep fat to a low? Thanks
